Lake Towamensing is 7/10th's of a mile away, which is well within walking distance. Our home features ample space for families and friends for both entertaining and privacy. Our home has three private bedrooms and features a spacious, living room with a large gas fireplace, large kitchen with breakfast bar and large front deck for those outside activities. Get lost in our two ground-floor bedrooms which share a full bath and marvel at our second-floor loft bedroom which features a full private bath. Enjoy the many amenities the community has to offer including: an 195-acre stocked lake (trout and bass), a 4000-square-foot clubhouse which features a restaurant/bar and outside deck which overlook the majestic lake, game room with video games and pool table, snack shack, showers and locker rooms, and an outdoor pavilion.
